Hi all, Hoping someone can help. I received a message from ebay on 9th June saying my account has been restricted due to a discrepancy with the information provided at registration. I'm guessing this is because I haven't updated my surname. Anyway, I've sent the documents asked for but still haven't heard anything. I recently bought 8 posters and got them and saw that they were not as described. They had all been shipped rolled up in 1 tube.  The seller agreed a refund and I returned them all in 1 tube, using postage for 1 item. The seller refunded me for the poster whose return label I had used but for nothing else. The return has now closed. I had been waiting for it to close so I could appeal it but can't see how.  Can anyone please let me know how to get the refunds for the remaining posters?   ... View more

I recently added an item for sale - an auction for 7 days. I received a bid on the first day of the auction and it seems to have ended the auction and the first bidder has won.    Does anyone know why the auction ended itself after the first bid? My account restricted and not able to remove restrictions to start selling again!   Most of my selling items are used or new, purchased from private people on Facebook, gumtree or car boot sales.  without any kind of receipt   Tried to explain to eBay but doesn't work, as they asking to provide receipts from used or new items which i have bought for cash.   So it means if even you want to sell your own stuff and have not stored any receipts and eBay will ask you for them and you won't be able to provide them what they asking - your account will be restricted.    Customer support is useless!   as they playing ping-pong and never gives a proper answer!   eBay was my main income source for living and now looks that I have to find some work to feed my family! that's a shame   So be careful as you are not able to sell any used items without a receipt !!! ... I have locked myself out of my ebay account and i cant reset it as i have changed my phone number and i dont have access to the email back up to reset my password.   I have now created a new account but i was in the middle of making a purchase and can no longer email the seller.
