I sold and item and the buyer paid. The buyer then changed his mind and cancellled the order and I refunded the full amount   The item was then relisted   I now find that the item is still classified as sold and in the sold section but also in the section of items for sale.  This is stupid, the item is now listed in 2 seperate catergories  sold and for sale. You would have thought that an organisation the  size of ebay would have IT systems that work correctly  I find navigating the site dificult. I cant delete from the sold section and I cant find a way to contact ebay to get this anomily corrected  No wonder prospective buyers get confused. Just wondered if anyone can advise me re. making good on an item that I think has been mis-sold. I bought this phone in the belief that it was unlocked - because that's what it says in the item description - but it turns out it is locked to EE. The seller says is my fault beacuse it was a multi variation listing and it listed the network as EE. I think if the item title includes the word 'unlocked' and it is listed as 'network unlocked' in the item specifics then it has been wrongly described. I couldn't return it through the usual eBay process because the 30 day window has closed (partly my fault - turns out the phone takes a nano SIM, which the description also didn't mention, and it took ages for my network to provide one).  Any advice on how I dispute this with the seller? Why does ebay state this, and how can I increase my limit? The value of the item I am selling is greater than £650. "This listing would cause you to exceed the amount you can list. We have mutiple messages to collect an item from click and collect that we had already collected and used.   The Item was bubble wra, we have collected, used it and actually moved house   Ebay has opened a return of the item without our imput or knowledge and there is no way to cancel what they have done other than go round in circles   We have informed the seller and they have said they cannot do anything at their end as it would be rejected due to trying to get out of issuing a refund   This is about as strange and wierd as it gets has anybody got any advice rather than going around in circles trying to cancel what we have not started?   Thanks in advance ... It would seem that I am no longer able to leave feedback for international sale!  I have two buyers who have received their purchases and left me positive feedback.  I have tried to leave feedback for them but when I click on the blue 'Leave Feedback' button, it displays this message   We ran into a problem saving your feedback. I wanted to return an item which was not as specified. The seller provided a return address, which turned out to be incorrect but if I click on 'ask ebay to step in' it takes me back to the page which tells me the return address.    I can't find any emails or contact info for ebay which work.
