Hi I bought an eBike battery  in February. Used it about 6 times. Stored it correctly charged and dis not fully discharge it ever. It will now not charge. It was purchased on 3rd February.   are tere any statutory protections (i.e. 1 year guarantee) on purchases from eBay.......and do the sellers (based in China in this instance) pay any attention ? Hi, Please advise- I bought an item from the US on 11th June 2021. I noticed it had not been dispatched by 19th June so I contacted the seller to ask about the delay. On 21st June the Seller advised the item would not be sent and a refund would be issued. As yet, no sign of a refund. I have messaged the Seller but have not received a reply (yet). Sadly, looking at the Seller's negative Feedback the reason for non dispatch appears to be a common 'story'.   Please could someone let me know if there is a way to officially request a refund.   Kind regards  Hopeful ... gello, I recently bought a camera which was shipped to Uk from Denmark.  I paid for the item plus postage.  I’m the item was significantly delayed but arrived two weeks later.   thd seller has now contacted asking for over £40 extra payment for “shipping fees” for Fedex.  Says this bill should have come to me.  Is this correct?  Seems unfair. ...
