Hi all,   I bought a parasol and arranged to return it via the automated service. It charged me the standard £3.99. I was then directly contacted from the seller via ebay saying the label was wrong and only based 0-2kg, which is correct as the tent weighs 20kg. I took my post to my local Post Office this morning, both International an EU all stamped up, I buy my own stamps as they are cheaper than the PO. I am a private seller and post is mainly letter type. As from Saturday they now have to add a IOSS sticker to EU mail. My addresses are printed correctly with IOSS number and Ebay printed also why do they need another sticker, the packaginging will weigh more than the item before long? They do not seem happy, as it is causing an already long queue of people to wait even longer. Anyone know what this is all about and are they really necessary. Is there anywhere you can obtain these black circle IOSS stickers so you can attach them yourself and speed up the process? ... View more

For several months now, I have had problems with hiding orders and deleting items in Watch Lists. They keep coming back. Even if I try to hide items or delete them, they reappear. I just cannot get rid of them. There is no option for help from Ebay with this problem. If I can hide an order after I have given feedback, I know that I have received it and left feed back, and can just see those items that I am either still waiting for or that need me to give feedback. Also I do not wish to see things in my watch list that I have either bought or no longer want. How do I manage to sort this out without Ebay's help with their website? ... View more

I bought a tow hook cover listed as fitting to my car but it didn't.  I bought from eBay  from a seller abroad and he authorised a return and email me a return label. This label was to a UK address and not the one listed on the return. I thought hey ho he's probably go and address there. Anyway, went to the post office and they said it's not a valid label... Hi All, Hope somone can help. I'm UK based and have been using Royal Mail for my watches, special delivery, 48hr tracked & tracked/signed overseas - all for insurance via Click & Drop.   I've had enough of Royal Mail. Never the same help or advise (left hand/right hand syndrome!) , not great overseas partners and prices rising!   Can anyone recommend an easy to use, similar priced alternative?
