eBay

Recently after not using eBay  for many months I thought I would re-list some item that were on the system unsold.  On the listing it now states next to the start price excluding VAT and next to the buy it now price including VAT I have never been VAT REGISTERED  I sell all second hand goods only. I am a limited company but my profits are very low.  eBay seam to be un-contactable  so have been doing the majority of my selling on FB but I still wish to use EBay. With VAT being mentioned on my listings I am not comfortable with this as it is misleading buyers into thinking I an VAT registered. I have looked all through all my account setting and there is nowhere when I can state I am not VAT registered. I was advised by eBay to open case for return because part of an order was not as described. This was advised as the correct course of action to receive a partial refund. The seller has accepted the return and refunded the amount paid for the whole purchase. Not the result I was expecting, based on ebays advice. Can anything be done now? Hello Guys,   I run a business that sells around 2,000 products a day on amazon. We are wanting to move some sales to eBay and we expect we will be selling around 2,000 products on eBay per day as well.    We use a large fulfillment company to send our orders so we don't have any issues with packaging the orders ourselves etc.    I have set up an eBay business account and have subscribed to the anchor store subscription which is around £300+ per month. The big issue is my selling limit is up to £750/10 products!   Does eBay remove this for large sellers and companies if we contacted and explained to them our situation?    All the best   Ollie ... I have had my listing removed because it had a copyright word in it that is not allowed, I was selling a none original phone charging cable but it had a word that is copyright to the manufacturer, if I remove the offending word would I be able to relist the item as unbranded ? ... View more
