Basically, an item did not show up and Hermes declared it lost. I opened a case, and finally heard back: Thank you for getting in touch with your enquiry regarding parcel H0067A0001619103 I'm sorry to hear that you have experienced a problem with this delivery, I can understand how frustrating this must be. I can see that this parcel was booked through Packlink Shipping. Packlink uses our network to send their parcels through, but they are an independent shipper and any claims for lost or damaged parcels need to go directly to them so they can discuss compensation with you. Unfortunately, Hermes can only accept claims for parcels which were booked directly with us.
