i have an item that broke the first time i used it, the seller wouldnt answer me at first then they offered me a replacement which i do not want, it was a fold down stool which broke so i wouldnt have the confidence that it wouldnt happen again. i then asked for a return intending to ask ebay to step in and help but the seller declined it and closed it before i could so it is closed and i cannot find anyway of contacting ebay about, does anyone have any suggections please, thanks
