I have the above message every time I try to checkout in the app, I have tried updating ebay and PayPal, also uninstalling both apps but nothing seems to work. A seller I purchased from cancelled the deal, said they had ran out of stock, but it was a good deal and I don't believe they wanted to sell it and honour the price. It was new and buy it now.   I complain to them and still await a refund. eBay messages saying it was being processed.   I contact seller and they send me a photo, maybe a screenshot, but when I click on the photo, it takes me to eBay USA homepage because it's all in dollars. The photo is a link? It's my homepage but in dollars? This should be photo of proof of refund.   All this happens in the app, from messages.    Are they scamming me? I have fully refunded the lying buyer and sent a postage label for the item to be returned to me.   When I try to submit feedback, ebay doesn't give me the option to leave negative feedback??? Yet the buyer, who was fully refunded has left negative for me!    So, am I right that as the seller, I don't get the opportunity to warn other sellers about that ebayer?   ... View more
