I bought a stamp from a seller and paid for it including postage costs. I want to buy another two stamps from the same seller and placed them in my basket to Request total from seller so he can remove the postage costs for the additional 2 stamps ( postage covers many stamps as they are very lightweight). But the Request total from seller function is not available - it tells me because 'the items must be paid for immediately'.
I've used this function previously so I don't know why it isn't working and it delayed payment of my first item. Originally, I had the three stamps in my basket, but when it wouldn't allow me to Request total from seller to reduce the postage costs I assumed it was because one of the items was a 'seller offer' item at a slightly reduced price. So I cancelled the second 2 stamps and paid for the first stamp with postage, thinking I could then buy the next 2 stamps and request the total from seller without extra costs. Not so & very frustrating waste of my time! Any ideas?
