Hello, l have done feedback on a wrong item how can l change it as that item has not been trceived as of yet????
Positive feedback cannot bre altered, but do not worry, if in the future you do need to open a case for either itrm not received, or not as described, feedback is never taken into consideration, as you have found, it can be left in error.
