Unfortunately they are stuck in my shopping cart. Initially it looks like payment processed and went through, but then they came back into my cart.
I cannot delete them, nor can i pay for them
I've tried
- using computer and phone
- three diff payment options, credit card, paypal and debit card
- clearing cache
- different browser
- updating my contact details
- tried purchasing other items with, those went through.
"Your payment didn't go through. Please check the card info and billing address or select a different payment option."
The three items are 0.33 pence total.
I've contacted seller and see whether they will cancel the order.
I cant find any how to proceed with the purchases
delete/cancel please advise?
