i need to increase my selling limit...?
last 3 months, i am dispatching every item on time....
return items- i am refunding on time....
why increase my standard level....?

your dreadful feedback 88% seller rating will go against your application to increase.
Enter "Seller Limits" into Help and Contact at the top of the Page. There will be an Option to Request an Increase.
as you appear to be trading upgrading your account to a business would probably help with getting your limits increased
