 i have subscribed to a store but when I want to enter my store, I see an message (Sorry, this shop does not exist.)  

On the other hand, I want to accept all payment methods such as Visa, Master, Apple Pay and others.

Suggest a transfer of the account registration to the Global/International  ebay.com  USA site ... You will have difficulties in Verifying and Selling from Kuwait with a UK Registered account >

You are in Kuwait and on the UK site

Sign out of ebay.co.uk and then into ebay.com amd look again
