Why are you trying to send an invoice to your buyer?

eBay sends one automatically as soon as the item is won or bought.

You only need to send an invoice if your buyer is asking for something not on the listing, such as expedited postage.

Click on More Actions > Send Payment Details, far right of item on your My eBay sold page.  Change the postage if you need to and submit (don't tick "reset" if it's there).
