A customer asked to cancel an order at same time as we dispatched the item. However as the item had not yet been collected from ourselves we were able to hold item back. However eBay automatically said item could not be cancelled because it had been dispatched. Item has been marked undispatched now.
However is still blocked from being cancelled. I was wondering if anyone knew of a method to cancel this order now?
The system may take a while to update itself after marking not dispatched. Go to Resolution Centre, very bottom of any page or at "More Actions", far right of the item on your sold list. Choose the option "The buyer asked to cancel" and ask the buyer to accept it at their end. Then the refund will be issued automatically and your selling fee should be refunded.
