To contact eBay CS you click on Help and Contact at the top of the page and put a subject in the search box.
You may need a laptop/PC to do that, not the app.
eBay don’t have an email address and Live Chat is not always available.
Do you really need to contact eBay? Most questions can be answered on the Help pages, or better still if you put your issue here someone will probably give you a better answer sooner than eBay CS.
