how do I unlink a paypal account?

I am trying to unlink my ebay from Paypal account but I cannot see an "unlink my paypal account" that should be there according to the instructions how to link it in the first place!

How do I unlink my paypal account?

To do this you need to hover over your My eBay tab top of your eBay pages, from drop down list select Shortcuts >> My Account >> Site Preferences >> Paypal Account >>  Unlink accounts.

Use a laptop / PC / browser,  but not IE,  and not the eBay app to do this.

Be aware ,  you will not be able to sell on eBay if you unlink your Paypal account.
