Can someone help please. My buyer did not pay. Do I get a credit fee back? If so where can I find that please? I have tried reading all the articles but am going round in circles. I wanted to speak to someone on ebay but there are no contact details anymore.

You can use eBay's new procedure to cancel unpaid items: https://community.ebay.co.uk/t5/Announcements/New-cancel-function-for-unpaid-items/ba-p/6939127

Your final value fee will then be credited back to your account and you can safely relist the item, or make a second chance offer. The buyer will receive an unpaid item strike from eBay, which will stay on their account for a year. Two strikes will mean that most sellers automatically block them from bidding. Neither party can leave feedback, and any already left can be removed.
