Hoping some one can help? I purchased a finlux tv on eBay in may 2015. It came with a 1year warranty. Im having trouble with the tv turning it self off and NO it's not on a timer or sleep setting. It also freezes and I have to turn it off and on again at the mains for it to respond. It does this daily! The remote control doesn't respond correctly when switching apps and channels and I'm very unsatisfied and would like the tv replaced before the warranty ends in may. I have tried emailing the company finlux and I have not had any reply. Someone please help who do I contact so I can get my tv replaced before the warranty ends sometime in may. Look forward to some advice. Thank you everyone.
