Hi all, negative feedback was left for a seller after they closed the case of non delivery with incorrect info. Carrier investigated and confirmed in writing 3weeks later they couldn't provide proof of delivery. Ebay then refunded on this evidance after our appeal. Now our feedback has disappeared? It was within the feedback guildlines we believe. Any suggestions on how to resolve this and reinstate our feedback? Thanks
unfortunately as you lost the case the feedback would be removed and even though you won an appeal the feedback won't be reinstated.
