adding to the advice already given -

The seller has said they will refund you if you remove the neg.

Do that and you won't get a refund and, over here, the seller is guilty of feedback extortion.

These are the UK boards and you are in USA.

No the neg is left by me by mistake and I would like to change it

If it's the neg ask the seller to send you a Feedback Revision request.   If they don't know how tell them to go to My eBay > Site Map, very bottom of page > scroll down past the categories, to Feedback > Request Feedback Revision.

If it's a positive f/b you can't remove or change that but you can put a follow-up onto it here:
