Hi. I brought a set of fishing reels A little while back. After the first use a faurd around it broke so I contacted the company who sent a new one out but it was the wrong one. They wernt to fused but sent out the correct one and that seemed to be all bent and not usable. I have then contacted them to get no reply after a few messages. Now I have tried to open a case and get ebay to step in bit therr is no option for this I have. This is how it came in the post . It is now not strong enough to use
e done it the way it tells me but still can't get ebay to step in. Any advice would be great
When things go wrong it is always best to get a Full Refund. While replacement bits are being sent through the post, the 30 day time limit is running out.
Ebay gives a 30 day Money Back Guarantee for condition on arrival, this is in addition to your legal rights against the seller. As you are only allowed one case, wrong replacement parts would not be covered, so always get a refund and if still have any confidence in the seller, buy again.
If you paid by Paypal you could try a case with them for NOT AS DESCRIBED, otherwise you will have to contact whoever you used to pay to see if they can help.
You say "A little while back" you may have run out of time to open an EBay Returns Case? Is 30 days from Delivery.
