purchased an audio interface but didnt receive all the advertised leads. contacted seller several times and then contacted eBay to resolve issue, their response was no case to reolve!! i don't understand why? any thoughts?
You have only 30 days to open a formal 'Item not as described' (missing parts) case fromdelivery date ... after 3 days, escalate the case to eBay and continue to completion for a refund in full ... to and fro messages will not do it ! >
