eBay selling privileges have been restricted - Ammunition-shell casing

Helle, I wnt to share my BAD experience on ebayUK, my  selling privileges have been temporarily restricted:due selling ammunition,only shell casing,ebayUK is full of listing shell casing.

ebayUk said : We don't allow any bullet or ammunition shell, which has not been deformed properly or in its actual cylindrical shape. You may relist the item if the item is deformed from its actual cylindrical shape...........cannot believe this stupid answer...ebayUK is full of listing of trench art shell casing not deformed in its actual cylindrical shape!!!

Also in ebayUK you cannot listing or buy bayonets,but you are free listing and buy bayonets on ebayUSA.......I think these ebay manager are completely drunk

Different eBay sites have different rules about what is prohibited because different countries have different laws about what is prohibited.

If you list on eBay.co.uk you should read this:

the rules about NAZI SYMBOLS AS SWASTIKA are all the same in any countries so is prohibited listing items with nazi swastika as they are violent and offensive......take a look here

You listed an item that is on the restricted or prohibited list and you were restricted

That there are many other items on ebay is besides the point

Your item was reported and others on ebay have not yet been reported

On other ebay sites they may not be prohibited so allowed

It says the casings if trench art have to be converted so they can not be used and not be able to be converted back

If ones on ebay.co.uk have not been converted as above then they can be reported

There is a report link on every listing

Do not list again as if you do and ebay remove the item again they you could be restricted of suspended from ebay altogether

not agree with guys,as I have bought several bayonets on ebay USA all of them arrived to my house safely,one of them was listing by a UK member.in london,the bayo was listed on ebayUSA....so not excuse......also as for ebay rules you cannot listing anything with Nazi symbols as SWASTIKA ......but again ebay is full of SWASTIKA symbols.....

so please be smart in your answers otherwise is better you do not write anything,just to avoid no sense answers

You don't have to agree with us but you are taking a risk buying items
Uk Customs and Excise say
It is an offence to import certain specified weapons including knives, swords and other blades.
As already said there are many items on ebay that should not be there and it is up to other members to report them
Also as already said some other countries these items are allowed to be sold
There is no point arguing over it as ebay poilcy is there and if you want to sell on ebay you have to abide by the ebay policy.
Your item was removed as ebay decided it should not be on ebay

Correction you are not free to buy Bayonets on the US site. You perhaps could buy and pay, BUT it would be confiscated at Customs. No Item No Money.

Ebay rely on items being reported, they cannot monitor every item, so you could use the report link.
