eBay are preventing me from paying invoice

listing said no international post but buyer agreed to post to UK

I am unable to pay invoice as Ebay say seller will not send to UK

seller finding it too difficult to change invoice

Ask the seller to put you on their exemption list on buyer requirements and see if that allows you to pay.
