eBay app not working on iPad Pro since update.

eBay keeps coming up with the following error since updated today. ‘You have exceeded the daily limit so access for this individual function will be denied for the rest of the day. Please try later. (Request.ebay.429)

Even comes up when I try to sign in! Anyone else having this problem? I have tried deleting app and re loading it but still does the same.

Many, varied and ongoing App problems with no fix yet ... use a PC/Laptop for the time being to accurately manage your eBay account.
