Buyer asked for item to be sent to different address than account address

Up to you, depending on value of item.

But unless you post tracked to address supplied by ebay when buyer paid, you won't be protected by ebay.

You can cancel sale using "Problem with buyers address"

Then you can relist & buyer can add correct address before paying.
