buying a car part ( WIPER ARM) from Cyprus

I am looking into buying a car SAAB wiper arm from ebay , and found 1 , new one, in Cyprus , now being EU  country , would like to know if there are any other gees or charges , to receive it back in UK , value of the item is just unde 50 pounds sterling , many thanks in advance , God Bless, Nick Julien
