Hi all
I have issue with buyer. He complained about item. So I refund him a money, but he did not return the item. First he said that he did not received the return label, so I get one from PostOffice and message him that. Then he said it's covid so he can't send it. I was like "OK, I'll wait". I emailed him recently and he said that he post it. As I didn't receive it, I ask him for receipt, no reply from buyer. I try contact ebay, but I going circle with all this help articles and dozens of link, but I can't find way to message them. Item was sold on November last year, so looks like ebay don't care about it any more. Any idea how I can get my money or the item back?

Sellers must get their items back first and then refund.
Once refunded, eBay can't step in and help.
If this is a high value item you may need to seek legal advise on how to proceed to get your item back.
