Did you open a NOT AS DESCRIBED CASE? No seller should refubd except through a case.
That is how you get refunds.
When paid refunds go back to source and it all depends on how you paid as to how long it takes.
If a refund has been processed, then the PAID symbol in your Purchases will have changed to the Refunded Symbol.
