arranging to meet a prospective buyer

Hi 
I'm selling a bike and a potential buyer wants to try it out before buying.  This is completely reasonable - I wouldn't buy a bike without trying it out.  But when I tried to give my contact details I got a threatening message from ebay:  "Please remove contact info. If you proceed, you’ll be charged a final value fee, even if the item does not actually sell. See Policy."  So how do I arrange for a buyer to visit?

I agree buyers may want to view, but they can't.

You can't give out contact info until buyer wins item,

ebay will see this as doing an off eby deal & can suspend you both.

Buyer wins, you give contact info, they come and see bike, if happy, pay in cash, if not you cancel sale.
