Zilch payments reversed by eBay

I've tried checking Zilch card details. Using different browsers and going from phone app to computer, but repeatedly, ebay is reversing Zilch payments even after enabling card?

Personally i had not heard of Zilch payments so just googled them.    It does say that Ebay accept them..whether that is all Ebay sites i do not know.

You may be better off going to the help and contact tab at the bottom of the page and "contact us" and ask Ebay Customer Support exactly what the problem is.
