Your listing isn’t following policy: VeRO Unauthorised Item Policy

Hello to everyone.  Two of my mini figures listings were reported by Lego and removed by ebay with a warning.

These mini figures are custom unbranded minifigures. I have clearly stated that these figures are unbranded figures and not Lego ones, but only Lego compatible as a lot of sellers do in the description.

There is a bunch of sellers selling exactly the same figures with the same description, stating unbranded, but Lego compatible. They have a high selling histoy of the exact product, which obviously means that they sell actively and for a long time...

I am very dissapointed as I think this is unfair. Ebay cannot do anything advising contacting Lego direct.

Who had the same issue? What are your thoughts?

I would be glad if one of the existing sellers selling unbranded mini figures will spot this topic and reply.

Thank you

Your listing has been reported, others haven't.

You are not allowed to mention a brand unless it is the genuine item,

you can't say, in style of, like or compatible with.

If Lego complained then all others are at risk of removal.

Just as many other things you are not allowed to sell using a brand name, you cannot say Lego Compaytible. Lego is not happy with sales being made using their brand Name as it does not get them any sales.
