Why does eBay have an issue with the film Nekromantik?

I am trying to sell Blu-rays of Nekromantik 1 & 2.

These are legal UK releases that I bought from Amazon.

Every time I list them, eBay remove the listings saying it is 'violent materials' but do not elaborate.

Yet other people are selling the same thing and their listings do not get banned. Just a simple search will reveal these. Musicmagpie (a big company) are selling Nekromantik 2 on eBay and it doesn't get removed.

So what is eBay's problem with me? I am not breaking any law. I am not breaking any eBay rules.

Yes, these films are violent, but so are half of the DVD's on eBay. The films are not banned, they are legal UK Blu-rays, and they have the '18' certificate on the box.

There are many people selling fake DVD's and Blu-rays on eBay, and they do nothing about it. I have reported several sellers for doing this, and they still do nothing. Yet they pick on the little people trying to make a little bit of money.

What is eBay's problem?

UPDATE: Just had a long online chat with someone at eBay who wasn't very helpful. He even thought I was trying to sell a knife!

He didn't give me a proper reason, and when I told him that other people were selling the same item on eBay UK, he asked me for an item number! I refused to give, as I don't want others punished. Even Zavvi (a large and famous company) and Musicmagpie are selling this film on eBay, and I am not allowed to! I asked for my complaint to be escalated.
