I purchased two single divan beds for my wife and I from an ebay business seller and for the first 2 months the mattresses were ok.
In the last month, the springs make the most dreadful racket when you sit on them, lay on them or move in your sleep.
Now, there are ridges appearing and getting a night's sleep is impossible.
You can actually feel the springs through the material.
I originally left ok feedback as they were fine when new......Now, I have complained to the seller but he has chosen to ignore me.
Is there anything I can do after 12 weeks?
It seems unfair that he can get away with selling stuff that is not durable.
