Unable to add PP account to eBay account

 

Hello, i have tried to add the PP to my eBay account, but it does not work. I have linked my existing PP account, the webpage told me "You're almost done linking your accounts" but when i want to add my PP to my eBay under "Add payment options", the PP button does not react. 

How to resolve this, please?

But my issue deals with eBay UK, beacuse my PP is stuck here! I am affraid that at ebay.com they will tell me, you must resolve this with eBay UK. The prove is that at ebay.com they tell me in the PayPay Account this: 

 

"Your payment information is not available on international eBay sites. To view and update this information, please go to Payments on the GB site"

 

So it seems that the core of the issue is here, at eBay UK.

Thank you to both tressygirl and redwick1 for your tips. I was thinking there might be some trouble with UK board in the mix with my Czech ID. So fine, i will try to log into ebay.com. Hope it resolves this issue. Thank you again. 

Can you post me the screenshot how you get on your link? What topic did you choose? Because when i go down on "Help & Contact" page i can see different output. There is just "Contact Us". This link contains another links, and they contain another links with automated questions and answers... On the left side i do not see "Have us call you" or "Chat with us", i can see there just "Chat with our automated assistant"... 

 

Or Is this link on real contact just for native English (UK based) people? It seems that eBay UK gives to people two different types of quality.. Because i can see different result from you. There is no link for chat, no link to call anybody... 

 

It is perverse that instead of resolving my issue we chating there about how to get the help, links etc.  This should be automated - to see links on any ADDRESSED HELP from first page, clearly and simply. I think that some people in eBay they should really fix something. Self-help/automated bot help is maybe nice lazy money saving procedure, but it is not human kind and does not help on concrete special issues. 

I still can not see your answers here... I read them only from my mail.. This is bad here, really. 

 

About your tips for live chat. Where is it? I found nothing like this there. In so called "Help & Contact" there is nothing like that, no CONTACT. Just constant loop on automated questions and answers. There is no link on webform or live chat. I tried to search Customer Services in "Help & Contact",  but it gave me some totally useless links. 

 

So where are the direct links, please? 


Is there any email on tech admin, or link on webform or link on live chat, please? 

WHY IT IS NOT HERE? In the section "Contact Us" there is no link to contact ANYBODY, just automated questions and answers! It is not just hidden, it is not here, there is nothing! Incredible support from the company like eBay... 

 

Why users they are stuck with their troubles and NOBODY from eBay is here to resolve their concrete issues??!

Now i can not see your new post on this thread... The last i can see is an hour old. So i read them just from my email.. Everything is weird here.

 

And mainly, there is no DIRECT EBAY SUPPORT.  NO CONTACT! There is no EBAY TECHNICIAN or EBAY ADMINISTRATOR that could help to resolve my issue. I understand that Wikipedia has only community based support, but corporation like eBay?! Bad joke... 

But I have a different problem. I have tried to register my PP in eBay UK, but it was a mistake. Now i know. 

I can not pair my PP with my account on ebay.com. See my previous post and printscreen, please.

Well, i logged in on ebay.com, but i found there is another problem. I can not link there my PP account, it is blocked or so with eBay UK. It says me that i have to go back to UK board again.. 

I thought that it does not matter if i log in from ebay.co.uk or from ebay.de.. 

Does it mean that i will not be able to use PP on my eBay.com account? Or is there some way to fix it??? I hope so. I guess i have to delete my PP account on eBay UK first. But how when i can not see it??

You are in the Czech Reputblic and on the Uk boards. Sign out of ebay.co.uk and then into ebay for your country or ebay.com

In the Uk ebay and paypal are now seperated due to managed payments

As a buyer you can still pay for items by paypal

p.s.: on this eBay webpage there is some kind of manual. But what does mean the last point "4. Sign in to PayPal to complete the process". I have opened the PP account, but there is nothing to complete, no information at all...

Try logging out of here,  and log back into www.ebay.com,  link the accounts from there,  hopefully that will work for you.
