Tried to send a message to seller as item not arrived, ebay won't send the message saying it contain

Hi Ebay bots are really daft at times and probably think that the order number is a phone number. 

Go to the resolution centre at the bottom of the page and open a not received case under Ebays money back Guarantee.    Escalate it a full 3 days later for Ebay to step in with a refund.
