I went to buy an item that costs 134 pounds and as was clicking on buy it said that I needed to
"check my payment details" as i was going to, I checked my bank account and the transaction went through however I didn't received any conformation and I contacted the seller and he says that he didn't receive anything. Please let me know what to do ?

What is showing in your PURCHASES. If nothing there then you have not bought.
Have you checked to see if money has come out of Bank account.?
It is not at all clear what has happened, as seller may be new, or new to Managed Payments and does not know what to expect, but you should have enough information to know whether you have made a purchase and paid for it.
