Tracking Not Updating/ So funds are being held

Hello.

I’m having as issue with tracking not correctly updating, it’s updates all the way to sorted for delivery, but isn’t updating to delivered, this has happened for 2 items.

Royal Mail have confirmed delivery, and if you use the tracking numbers on the Royal Mail site, it says delivered (the journey history matches up too, just doesn’t update to delivered on eBay)

With 1 of the items, the buyer has even left positive feedback and messaged me about the items saying they are extremely happy. Yet it still says dispatched, and on tracking, it says sorted for delivery. My other item was delivered 5 days ago and it still hasn’t updated, unfortunately they buyer hasn’t responded to my messages or left feedback as of yet.

I called eBay regarding the 5 day ago delivery, and they checked the tracking via Royal Mail, said they could see it had been delivered and was manually releasing the funds, that’s coming up to 48 hours ago.

Getting frustrated with this now, as I can see the buyers have their items via Royal Mail, but the last update for tracking won’t update on eBay.
