Hello, I have asked the seller to tell me how to return an item because it did not match the describtion and over priced, he refused, I have done a return request he declined it, what should I do next, how can ebay team step up and get involved. Many thanks

You cannot return an item simply because you find it cheaper elsewhere !!  You research prices before buying

If it is a private seller who does not accept returns then that is it. You should have opened a NOT AS DESCRIBED return, no seller can ignore or decline that. If they don't deal with it you escalate to ebay after 8 days and they deal with it all at the seller's expense.

As you only get one case you cannot open another with ebay, but you could try with Paypal.

If it was a Business Seller then they have to accept returns for any reason, so escalate after 8 days, but you will have to pay return postage as you appear t have opened the wrong case.
