Hi

What message are you getting when you try and bid on items?

Does the seller ship to your location?

Do you have 2 unpaid strikes in the previous 12 months?

Do you have any other restrictions on your account like a bidding limit etc?

All or any of the above could stop you from bidding on a sellers items.
