For months now I have been trying to buy cutlery but have been unable to. I'm asked to give my credit card details, even though my bank account and my bank card are already registered with ebay. I do this and I am directed to a page which is missing. I spent an hour on live chat and the problem wasn't solved after being passed to many departments. Any ideas? It's driving me nuts. I tried to register the card with ebay but when I checked it didn't show up. I also can't answer emails because I have to type 1 letter at a time and the page disappears after the first letter and I know others are having this problem too. Then there is this menace. Every time I go on to ebay (several times a day without logging off) I have to change the settings from US to UK which I never had to do before. I have tried several computers and a variety of browsers , all with the same results.
Using a PC/Laptop ... try this > Place a Credit Card (Monthly account statement) on file to purchase Knives/Cutlery ... an everyday use Bank Debit Card will not be accepted >> My eBay > Account > Payment information >

After you have tried clearing cookies etc have a look in https://ppcapp.ebay.co.uk/myppc/wallet/list to see if your credit card has registered if not you shold be able to add card there.
Yes you have to have a credit card online to buy cutlery. Dare I ask it is a Credit card you have on ebay. ( I know dont say it)
If it is then only ebay can sort it out.
For some of the other problems it may be worth just trying this but it may not work.
Trying clearing cookies and cache by clicking on the Ctrl Shift and Delete keys on your computer
Restart your computer
If that does not help then try another browser like Firefox or Chrome
Messages aer a problem you could try writing it and then copying and pasting onto the message page
Again may not work but worth a try
