Can anyone offer any help - I had a call from the owner of an address I lived at 10 years ago. She has been receiving parcels in my name at that address. All have ebay logo'd labels, all contain the same items, all are being 'returned' to me. Obviously, this wasn't me - I haven't despatched these items for them to be returned to me, so how do I go about finding out who is using a very old address and stop it happening more?
There is no activity on my account other than what I have personally purchased, there is no strange activity on my bank or paypal accounts. So how do I stop it happening?
