Selling fee , buyer pulled out , but still charged listing fee. Anyway to get these fees back

The buyer said they no longer wanted the item . So I done a unpaid item , and the seller agreed . So I don't believe I got the final value fee . But I did get the listing fee . Is there anyway to get this back ?

Vehicle listing fees are non refundable.

If a Buyer doesn't pay - After 48 hrs, you can Open an unpaid item case. (Close after 5 days to get your final value fees credit, by selecting buyer didn't pay)
If Buyer still hasn't paid they get an account defect, which helps stop silly buyers wanting to cancel for no good reason.
Neither party can then leave feedback either.

After closing case you can choose to relist or make a second chance offer

You should never simply cancel transaction as it could leave you with fees & a selling defect.
