Seller wont send me my order

Hello,

Recently i won several auctions from the same seller. he didnt have the delivery cust for my country but after a few messages we agreed on a value.

I requested an invoice which he promptly sent and i paid.

Now he asks for more money and refuses to send the order or make a refund.

How should i solve this?

He can't ask for more Money now you have Paid. If you don't Receive your Items by one day after the last Estimated Delivery Date open an EBay Case in the Resolution Centre for Item Not Received. Escalate the Case after 4 days for Ebay to Step in.

Thanks, i´m gonna do that. But the delivery date is by the end of the month. I feel i´m loaning someone a couple hundred euros.
