Seller not giving me return address

I have giving a request to refund becuase item was faulty. Seller didnt give address. Tried sending new one saying it will take longer then month. It has been many months and i still havent recievee the item and seller keeps making excusses.

If it is many months then you will be out of time on ebay and possibly paypal if you paid that way

Open a not as described dispute at the bottom of the page under Resolution Centre.

Escalate it after a full 3 days of opening the dispute.

The seller needs to send a pre paid label for the return.

If they dont then ebay should when you escalate the dispute.

Make sure it goes back tracked and that the tracking is in the dispute.

You have 30 days from the day of delivery to open a dispute in ebay

If you paid by paypal then try opening the not received dispute there

you have 180 days on paypal

Thanks for the quick response.

I still have all the proof in the emails requesting refund and video of it not working.

I tried doing the refund with the time period but ebay kept on saying contact seller and didnt allow me to escalate so i had ti just write emails saying i want a refund but seller kept saying wait for item.

Did you actually open the dispute. If it is months then even if you did it would close automatically. You had 30 days and can not do anything on ebay now. How long ago is it as you have 180 days on paypal.If you paid by paypal then try opening the not received dispute there . Escalate as soon as you can but within 20 days.Sign up to their returns if you can as otherwise you would have to pay the return postage. If over the 180 days from the day of delivery then there is nothing you can do at all. If they are a business then you could try citizens advice but if a private seller then you are out of luck
