Seller defaulted on my purchase. Now I want my money back and eBays no where to be found. What do I do

That's very bad Ebaying. If the Seller does not Cancel the Sale you can use the Ebay Money Back Guarantee for a Full Refund. Just open an Item Not Received Case in the Resolution Centre one day after the last Estimated Delivery Date. Then Escalate the Case after 4 days for EBay to Step in. They will Force the Refund.
