Hi sent scooter back to livewell on 2 /6 /21 they have accepted refunded scooter sent it bsck on the 3/6/21 but not had one yet  i just wonder if you can help or what hi can do  ive also been back and forward with text throu Ebay & Ringing them also  but have not got anywere

put the tracking proving delivery in to the case and escalate it to eBay for your refund.
