Help 

I raised a dispute against Seller for £495 Phone purchase but seller claimed my raising dispute had stopped payment reaching them

I cancelled dispute and now unable to raise NEW dispute against seller so cant solve problem via Ebay purchase guarantee

you fell for the oldest trick in the book,

once you close a case you can't reopen it or open another one

you need to log into your paypal account and open a case there

Seller conned you, once ebay case is closed can't be reopened.

Luckily, you should still be able to open paypal case, escalate after 2 days,

IGNORE seller, open & escalate paypal case.
