Russian buyer despite marking items as UK only

Hello,

I keep getting bids from Russian buyer that dont pay, despite having marked the items as UK sale only.

What can you do for blocking the bids? How can they bid on things when only for UK sales?

You say they keep not paying, they cannot pay as your items are set for the UK only so you have to cancel the transaction 'Buyer did not pay' to get your fees back.

if you only wish to sell to UK then you need to opt out of Global Shipping.

@plpmr  I only looked at the OP's first item for sale and it was for UK only. The others seem to be GSP.
